Default How to remove stripped screws?

As i was trying to put new signal lights on my jeep. i found out the bezel screws are stripped and i cant figure out how to get them out. any suggestions? the side ones are fine its just the bezels. i have tried everything i could think of to get them out any ideas?

If you are careful you can drill the heads off,or try and put some pressure on the screw to help it out,works sometimes.
If it is the head that is stripped try and get some needle nose vise grips on it.

ok thanks the head is like gone and the screwdriver isnt catching on anything and have 2 white lights and 2 stock lights looks wierd

Best way would be to drill a small pilot hole and use an EZ Out. Usually works pretty good for me, but if you break an EZ Out on a stubborn bolt, it makes it a lot harder to get out, trust me, haha.

If you have enough room to work with, stick a small cutoff wheel on a dremel tool. Then, use it to grind a slot in the head, and use a slotted (flat blade) screwdriver to get it out.

X2 ease out you can buy individual bits in any size at autoparts store.
