How many miles does your XJ have?

Wow a dead thread from 10 years ago?
Seriously I haven't seen anything since at least 2012 and I get a email notification that some one posted here lol.
I'm surprised the spread actually died off in the first place kind of cool to see it Revisited but I don't have a Jeep anymore in the round here where I live in northern Arizona they're all beat the crap and ain't worth what anybody wants for him so I have a full-size Chevy truck and a Subaru

Why i suddenly get a notification all these years later is beyond me. I guess the thread wasn't dead
I don't have a Jeep anymore. An round here where I live in northern Arizona they're all beat to crap and ain't worth what anybody wants for them $3k.
so I have a full-size 97 z71 Chevy truck and a Subaru legacygt limited turd box works for me but I would love a nice xj again.

Our ( my wife's actually..I just fix it !) '94 Cherokee Country model has passed 192,000 miles. It uses ( leaks) a tiny bit of oil. Everything works except the AC, which I have not addressed yet. I believe I will be "pushed" into fixing that next year...
The transfer case also leaks someplace, that I haven't found yet, so I just top it off occasionally.
So, it's been a decent vehicle for what I have in it money-wise....runs good, very easy on gas etc...

My Dad's 94 had 400k, just got a 95 with 295k/145k
My Dad had a 1994 and when he got rid of it (due to rust above the windshield) he had about 400k on it. It burned 1qt of oil from day 1 but he never had any major issue with it. When he got rid of it the engine and AX15 tranny still worked perfectly.
I recently got a 1995 with 295k on the body and 145k on the Engine/Tranny. We'll see how many miles I get out of it, but at the moment it's running strong.
