Default how to fill closed type cooling system...

first time doing this on closed cooling system wanna make sure my coolant level is right i know how to do it on open syle but whats proper way to fill coolant in my 87...? thanks guys by the way i got a radiator this evening of craigslist brand new in box for 60 bux guy never used it bought for jeep he ended up selling its a readyrad hd the 189.00 one.

Fill it up in the coolant tank. Let it run until it drinks that down all the way and just keep filling from there. Then you got that all done I have always parked on a hill to get the back of the motor higher than the front and pull the coolant temp sensor on the back of the head. and fill it up the rest of the way. That little sensor is the easiest way to get the air out. At least in my opinion it is.

key word in my first post was 60 bux you not get that? its less work to replace the stock rad then convert to open style tht requires diff resv. and lines, so im fine eith the closed

thanks for the link maybe in the future...but like i said i got a new radiator, installed and it works great.
