How to eliminate oil filter adapter on Renix?
Will the fitting thread into the block after removing it from the adapter and is there a filter that'll fit?
I know that the later model's fitting will thread into the block and there are filters that'll fit but can't find this info for the Renix. If I need to change it for a different thread, anyone know of one I can get at a parts store? I'd rather buy a new fitting than a whole OFA from a junkyard just to pull the fitting.
