Want to push out this dent. Removing it will be easiest.
I only see one bolt underneath, so where else is it connected?

2 bolts. One in the back and one in the front. Pull it straight back when you get the bolts out. The back one in my '00 had a u-nut inside the bumper and torx in the front one. Thinking that might not be stock. One of the PO was messing around in there.

The hard part is finding a thin enough socket for that 1/4" machine screw. The screw isnt the problem, but the endcap itself. Its a tight fit. Only thing i had that got in there was a 1/4" bit driver. I suggest replacing that 1/4" machine screw with a philips head to make future removals easier.

First, that video was excellent. Top notch from a guy who clearly understands what a nightmare learning car repair online can be.
1) Remove engine.
2) Replace engine.
3) Drink beer!
I used an 10mm stubby wrench to hold the nut.
Great call on snapping the bolt.
I had a assorted nut & bolt set to replace it.
As far as the dent, I think you need a hydraulic press to push out that dent.
I hammered it with a 4lb sledge, and it did nothing.
I have bigger problems to worry about so I am aborting this job.
The dent will stay. Thanks for the help.
