How do I wire 4 speakers in rear of 1989 Cherokee?

I bought the sound bar that goes across the ceiling. I would like to keep the two speakers that are in the tailgate along with the two in the sound bar. I have two in the fron doors also. All sre 5.25" coaxial speakers. I was thinking I could just splice into the two speakers that are already in the tailgate, but I'm unsure if the 4 rear speakers will be quieter than the front speakers since the rears are using twice the power. Any help would be appreciated!!!

If you splice the tailgate and soundbar speakers in together re-run the speaker cable using a heavier gauge wire.. Me I'd get an app that has multiple channel to allow for 6 speakers and run it that route..That's just me though..Also do you have the factory radio or an after market one? Also to be honest if I had a sound bar I'd ditch the tailgate speakers you can hardly hear them anyways..IMO a bad location for speakers...Once I can score a sound bar mine in the tailgate will be moved..

I have a factiry stereo, but I'm installing a Pioneer DEH-P4900IB. What did you mean when you said you would install an "app that has miltiple channel?" My Pioneer has 4 channels I think. Maybe I should just run new heavier speaker wire to all areas.

I was planning to use the scosche wiring harnesses for a direct connection to my factory harness. So you still would not think 4 speakers in the rear would sound better? I will always keep the rear seat folded down which may be what blocks your sound.
