Default How do I tell if my leaf springs are saggy?

2000 Sport 4x4 4.0L stock

Where do I measure and what is that measurement supposed to be on a stock ride?

I'm trying to decide what lift kit to buy, I've read on here if the rear is saggy at all go with a new leaf pack, but how do I know if it's saggy?

Thanks guys.

No measure from the center of the rear wheel to the bottom of the stock flare. Should be 17.5"

to add to this thread:

I recently bought a 2000 sport. I have a 98 Limited.
The sport has low kms and except for some surface rust and the usual problems is in really good shape. The Limited has been cared for and runs well but has very high milage and the frame is very weak. I am scavaging the good parts from the 98 to keep for the 2000 and will scrap the rest.

My question is if I scavage the rear springs from the 98 can I add them to the 2000 and is it best to add one, two or all (maybe cut the ends of the main leaf?) and if it's not best to add them all, which leaves would give the most benefit?

The 98 has sagged.
the 2000 is still standing tall.

thanks for your comments,
s

I would just swap the whole 2000 set of springs
