how do I remove this switch cover.....?

how do I remove this switch cover.....?
I need to just remove this cover. Is there a way to do this? Or do I need to remove the door panel.

Door panel comes off then three screws hold it in. They may be torx heads. Just did it a few days ago and cant remember for sure.
