Default How do I know if my 96 Cherokee is Quadtrac?

I have a 1996 5 speed 4.0L Cherokee (SE). The diff is a Chrysler 8.25 and I'm changing the fluid. On the back of the Limited Slip Additive is says not for jeeps with quadtrac. That brings up the question, is my Jeep Quadtrac or how can I tell if it is? Thanks.

Is there a tag on the axle, near the passenger rear tire? Might say Open, or LSD.

AFAIK, no guarantees... quadtrack was used in the newer jeeps. I dont think they used it in Cherokees at all. The limited slip in Cherokees w/8.25 would be called "TracLok"...

Alright, thanks. That's all the info I was looking for. I knew it was LSD, just unsure of the whole QuadTrac, or Quadratrac, or QuadDrive, whatever it's called. The bottle says nothing about TracLok so I think I'm good. Thanks, again.
