how do i get this bolt out

how do i get this bolt out
this bolt just has me stumped ive been working for like 3 hours and havent turned either of em.. they are on the oil pan at the back closest to the tranny
heres a pic:
the oil lip on the oil pan itself keeps me from being able to get a socket around it and theres not enough space inbetween the oilpan and the bell housing to turn a wrench..
