How Do I

I have new Heavy Duty Leafs from Quadratec, and just got the new bushings. THey just don't drop in. How do you pursuade them in?

SIde note these will work with the IRO Shackles I got ;) and new Heavy duty shocks front and rear.

put the bushings in the freezer for two hours and take them out and see what happens. the bushings will shrink in the cold and they might shrink enough to get them in there. if not when there cold just use a piece of wood to cover them and a bfh to pound them in, that might do the trick.

The rubber is inside metal. Not to sure it will shrink enough to slide into the sleeve on the leaf. Anyone replace them before?

You might want to try to get your hands on some dry ice. Where I work we use dry ice to shrink bearings all the time. The ice is cheap but it can be hard to find sometimes. Try that, put them in a bag with it and they'll shrink a good deal.
