I am tryin to finish painting my siding/trim around my 91 XJ, and this is a trouble spot. I dunno if someone hit it or what, but it's just annoying and an eye-sore. How do I go about pulling it out? Thanks everyone.

just put a piece of ply wood against the inside of it and beat it with a hammer, it is not that thick, have fun while your at it. or you can just call it trail damage and be done with it:grin:

:chef: If it bugs you, go to the junk yard and get a front left fender. also grab the side trim moldings. It would be easier than banging out the dent, unless you know how to do body work well. I don't! Have fun! :D

no it should be pretty easy, i have taken out a way nastier dent before with simple tools (aka hammer and lots of coffee). so just take a little time, you might even be able to bend it with your hands, like i said, have fun with it. that is how i get through all my work. i just have fun. the more fun you make your work the more you will love and appreciate your jeep.

The only issue I am having is I cant seem to fit anything between the space of the door and behind the fender. Thats the only way I can getting anything in there. Im gonna rig up some kinda rod and see if I can L-shape it out lol. Hell, worse comes to worse, I got some Bondo. Drill a hole and pull it out LOL.

take a pry bar and go through the drivers door. jsut open it, put it in there and pry away, you need at least 18" of pry bar though

Anything else I might can use? Sadly, I lack a prybar. Im about to just kick all the other panels in to match it. It is frustrating lol.
