Default Where to access windshield washer sprayers and lines

Drivers side sprayer is clogged or frozen, passenger side works fine. Do I access the sprayers and lines by removing the vents between the hood and windshield?

Default Washer Adjustment ?

Is there a way to adjust the spray nozzle of the windshield washer ? The washer is spraying a lot of water but seems to be hitting real low on the windshield.

The little nozzles get clogged with wax and pollen and crap like that. You can clean them out with a needle, or try blowing them out from behind if you can get it off the hose

I think Dorman sells our nozzles in the Help! catalog, Team Cherokee has them too
