Horn problem
Ok so. My friends jeep overheated. Rad blew. We decided to let it cool off and run it as far as we can, then shut it off and coast for a bit. Well my friend happen to accidentally turned the key to far off and locked the wheel. We would have crashed but I yanked the wheel at the last second and broke it free. Now the horn won't stop. My friend isnt to car savvy. He said he tried pulling fuses but no go. It's an 1989. Is this a safety security issue? It's only when the key is turned on. I suggested yanking the horn itself out. He doesn't really want to. But I'm going to tomorrow if i can't get help on here

this is your problems, pull the steering wheel cover, an there should be a single wire behind it, make sure it is not touching any metal, like the steering wheel locking plate that you probably broke
