Hmm...another observation..
Hey guys, I hope youre not getting too sick of my MPG posts, but the here it goes.
I was getting 18-21, I replaced and checked many things after I started to get 12. I have gotten it up to about 14 mpg, then I put a can of seafoam in the tank and drove as good as I possibly can to conserve fuel. I got 16. So, I was just driving a constant 55mph for about 30miles. The fuel guage moved only a little bit. Then shortly after I did some driving when I gunned it several times, but only drove maybe 7-10miles. The fuel guage dropped significantly more than the constant 55mph driving(and the guage on my Cherokee is very very consistant). Almost a full notch. What sensor could possibly cause my jeep to use a lot of fuel during acceleration? Any idea's? |
