Hey guys, recently started having a issue on my 99 cherokee, idle would surge in park and neutral and kinda sputter taking off from a start died a few times as well and was hard to restart. When warm it wouldn't sputter and idle was normal, progressively got worse and started surging even when warm. tapping on IAC seemed to affect it so I replaced it under warranty. Issue remained so warrantied the TPS. Idle is now constantly at 1000rpms plus and drops when put into gear. I sprayed brakecleaner all over and no change im idle so I don't believe it's a vacuum leak. Also when engine is cold it has a hard time idling and feel as if it's about to die. Any help would be appreciated.
