I have a 2000 Jeep XJ and I am putting a 1997 engine in it and I am wondering is there any kind of custom exhaust manifolds made to fit a 2000 Jeep but a 1999 or down engine because I know the exhaust ports on a 1997 are larger than on a 2000-2001

I know that was all kind of confusing but if anyone can help thank you

you need a pre 2000 manifold or order a header for a 97.

 

but the ends off the manifold for a 97 hook up different at the bottom to the exhaust

 

You're going to need an exhaust shop
