Try doing what David said and also check your fans (clutch & Electric) to make sure they are both working properly. The electric one should go on with the AC on and also around 210 degrees...Tj
O Yea BTW

Default so, yeah

Well I feel dumb. After replacing the entire cooling system I found water in the oil, my question now is: how likely is it that the head cracked and its not just a bad head gasket and how hard/ how long will it take me to replace the head gasket?

The only way you will know for sure is to pull that head and have it checked. You should have it surfaced anyway. However this is a good opportunity to do a valve job and pick up a little horsepower and milage.

More than likely a headgasket, the heads on the earlier engines are pretty solid. Why did you put in a 160 thermostat, the OEM is a 195.

It had overheated once before and he put the lower temp back in it to try to keep it cooler, however when there is water in your oil the engine has a tendency to heat up no matter what you do, lol
