P0132 Jeep O2 Sensor (B1 S1) Voltage High
P0171 Jeep Fuel System Lean (Bank 1)
P0138 Jeep O2 (B1 S2) Sensor Voltage High Condition
P0131 Jeep O2 Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1, Sensor 1)
P0455 Jeep EVAP Large Leak Detected

You have problems with your evap system, get it tested.
Check your Oxygen sensor wiring, if it is fine, replace them.

Read them for yourself. The last one, 455, could be as simple as a broken or missing vacuum line on your Evap. solenoid, or Evap canister. IMO

The fact that you have p0131 and p0132 at the same time leads me to believe that you unplugged that sensor with the key on and set the code by mistake. Find the broken evap hose and clear all the codes. Drive it till the cel comes back on and then work with thoses codes. Those o2 sensors share a common ground as well
