help with fitting new radiator 1999 2.5td

Hi folks, this is my first time here..I live in the UK, so not much in the way of info for my Cherokee! My radiator is bust and I've ordered a new replacement for my 1999 cherokee Orvis 2.5 td..can't seem to find a thread for the diesel version - Is this a fairly straightforward job? any info, guidance would be very much appreciated?

many thanks

David

I've never seen a diesel Cherokee with my two eye but I wouldn't imagine it'd be a whole lot different than a gas 2.5 radiator.

Thanks for the reply..not sure about the 2.5 petrol..they are not available over here! there are a few 4.0 inline petrol ones..though the diesel rads are much longer a narrower..here is the spec:

No matter what the shape it should still install similarly.

Remove the upper radiator support, fan, shroud, lines and radiator. Install in opposite order.

Should be a fairly simple deal.

Ok, I'll give it a go! let you know how I get on..thanks for your time..one more thing, do I have to bleed out the air after refilling?
