HELP engine light after tranny seal job, any ideas?
hay yall just got done replacing the front main seal in my 02 XJ classic and everything seems to be fine other than my check engine light came on, it didn't do it before the tranny job, i disconnected the battery and cleared the alarm but it comes back on after about 10 min after getting up to regular temp, i figured i probley bumped a sensor and damaged it during the process or something, i don't think that i missed hooking any wiring up, i crawled under before i started it up and double checked , if anyone could help it would be great.

First go to a local parts store that will hook an ODBII scanner to it and get a code. No point in guessing when you can get a code and they will tell you what that code means. Until then it's a crap shoot in the wind.
