Default Help! Cut wires in engine bay

Got several cut wires that come down on the passenger side of the engine up against the fire wall. No clue what they're for. Maybe for ABS or Cruise Control? Seeing as how I don't have those maybe the PO just snipped those. Really would appreciate being able to identify these wires!

Cut wires from where the bulk of the wires come down by the dipstick.

Close up of cut wires.

Runs, and drives fine, shifts fine as well, (manual) but my reverse lights don't work and neither does my speedo/odometer, They go into the main wiring harness in the engine bay. Thinking they're for a automatic trans but unsure. And it's a 1993 jeep cherokee sport, 4.0l ax15 trans

If it's been converted to a manual trans, perhaps someone cut the harness to the Range Selector Switch aka NSS.

Pretty sure it came from the factory as a manual. I did however find what one of the cut wires goes to. (White with pink tracer, thought that'd be the easiest to find in the wiring diagram, it was.) The white with pink tracer wire goes to the brake switch on the pedal from the TCU. And seeing as how I don't have a automatic trans, I don't have a TCU. So not worried about that wire, not sure about the others but thinking they'd go there as well.
