help with brakes. fluid is going dripping out.

Default help with brakes. fluid is going dripping out.

was working on bleeding the drivers rear brakes, and when i was pumping the brakes, fluid came out of here....

its looks like a rubber stopper or something of that nature. can i fix it? or did i need to get a new part? i figured i would have to take about the rear brake, which i have never done. gotta learn sometime tho

You will need a new wheel cylinder. They aren't much IIRC around $20. The spring on the parking brake arm looks twisted to heck... might want to fix that...

which spring? lol i dont no jack swat about brakes, ive only had to install a new line and flare the ends, thats it.

The spring right under where the seal busted.

I am, figured as long as I got her on the stands and I'm doing one, might as well do the other, the parts are only $10. I feel they are gonna take forever to install tho

took my 20 minutes in total to do both rear brakes and replace wheel cylinders its very easy to do it all.

its good to do one brake at a time...that way you may reference the other one and how it should look completed

p.s. better to gravity bleed than pumping. takes longer but works and performs better!
