Default help

i was having a bad oil leak from the valve cover so i decided to clean and replace everything. for some stupid reason these things wont come off (o rings maybe? not really sure what there called lol). Any suggestions on how to remove them

They most certainly do come off. They just need a bit of persuading. There is a metal sheath in the center of them which is why they are giving you a bit of issue. New ones should have come with your new gasket especially if it's a Fel-Pro.
