Default HELP!!!

So i was driving home today and i heard a loud thumping and the jeep just started shaking really bad, so my buddy that was behind me called me up and said my rear passenger wheel was wabbling back and fourth. so i pulled over and to my amazement 3 of the 5 lugnuts were gone... thinking that it was as simple as getting new lugnuts, i look closer and those three studs were sheared off... how am i going to fix this? Any and all help would be great!

A drillbit and a good set of easy outs they have them at most part stores but dont waste your money on the cheap ones, they like to break and then you realy have trouble
