heating and cooling problem
 

i'm confused but wires and stuff are not my forte. To start my dials both the tempurature and vents won't go all the way to the right which means i can't turn up the heat all the way or tunr my defroster on. Also my air comes out of the defrost vvent all the time and randomly comes through the vetns but very randomly.

if i remember right there a vaccum supply on the firewall on the pass. side make sure it isnt broke which will cause defrost only
