Why doesn't the heat circulate through any other vent besides the front window defrost? My feet are freezing driving in this 0 degree weather!

What year? Older model will dump to defrost of vacuum is lost. Let us know the year and we can help

If it's a vacuum leak, does that mean the line is cracked? Is it a metal line or a rubber hose?

The one from the reservoir to the HVAC controls first.
Hard plastic lines with rubber end fittings.

Had the same issue, found the line had fallen off the res tank behind the front bumper/under battery.
