After the flush it caused sediment to run thru the cooling system. Just a heads up... ended up having to have my head fleuxed and radiator replaced... water pump was ok...

This may sound stupid, but what's the blend door?

The blend door controls the heat/AC, depending on which you want. It is located in the heater box behind the dash. If you want heat, it opens to allow air to blow threw the heater core, it you want AC, it closes that door, and allows the air to blow threw the evaporator in the AC system. If it's not opening and closing properly, you won't have heat or AC, depending on how it's stuck.....RR

Do I have to remove the dash to get to the heater box?
