Five months in and I gotta say, the wiring harness upgrade is a " must do ".

All of the illustrations have been disabled. Thus ... this is no longer any help at all.

What year?

I found a video on Youtube that covers 96 and older, and two that cover 97-01. For the 97-01, you can do as in the first video and remove the entire header panel (overkill), or just pull the headlights. Which ever is easiest for you.

96 and older

97-01

He's talking about the photos at the beginning of the thread. They are no longer showing up/aren't hosted anymore.

I know. Hence the videos. Tinypic was shut down sometime last year. They were run by Photobucket, who themselves started to block photos, unless users started to pay a ransom to keep those photos up. It was a mess. Quite a few photos on forums are now gone, partly because of that. Some photos are still up, but are now blurred out and watermarked. You can still find some of them, untouched, if they were uploaded straight to a forum.

Here are a couple more links i dug up for the headlight harness. There are more out there. I found these using Bings image search, and clicked the images that were posted on this forum. Other sites cover this upgrade as well.

BTW, i did find those missing images, using Bings image search. But you have to put them in whatever order the original poster had them in.
