What do i do? They just wont move. I sprayed them with PB Blaster and that didnt do any good. I really dont want to strip them.

 

Take them apart, clean them, fix them, replace them.

Yes, the screws suck. You can get replacements at the dealership.

IIRC you can replace the screws with #8 stainless fine thread steel screws, which you can get at Lowes. To remove the old rusty screws, use a dremel to cut a slot in the heads, then use a flat blade screwdirver to unscrew them.
