Head Rest

I need advice on how to remove the front head rests on a 94 Jeep Cherokee Country so that I can replace the seat covers. Any help would be appreciated

Lift head rest, one of the inserts inside seatback has an arrow on it to rotate. Rotate that knob and hold, then lift headrest out of seat back.

I can't get into the seat back because the seats are leather and its one piece ........if it makes a difference the jeep is a 94 but was built in 93

If the headrests are not adjustable, than they do not come off.

I can adjust them up and down a little by pulling them
