Take the $89 and put it towards parts for your Jeep your asking for more problems. Also you have the 0331 head which is prone to crack. Pull the head and have it checked for cracks

I don't know about this particular product, but I'm suspicious of anything that you dump in your coolant with the intention of stopping leaks. How would the stuff wind up where you want it and not where you don't want it like in the heater core or the radiator tubes?

well when theres a leak, all the pressure is being released from 1 spot. the magical gunk will eventually work its way to the pressure leak and kinda start building on top of itself to help stop the leak...supposedly

as far as a head sealer/gasket repair I would go with a product called IRONTITE. I have used it and it works most outstanding. haven't used it on aluminum but on cast iron it can not be beat 18.00 roughly at a machine shop. water pouring in so bad from cracked exhaust jackets car would hardly start took 10 maybe 15 minutes all misfires gone engine smoothed out. drove on those heads for 3 years before replacing them.
