My hazard lights come on every time I use my left turn signal. Does anyone know a quick fix?

 

Moved to OEM Tech:

 

Jeep thing. jk i cant really help ya but i had a problem when I used my turn signals the first time it cut my headlights off and they wouldn;t work til i turned it off then back on. Checked when i got home my fuse box cover was missing and quite dirty. Blew that sucker out and used black duct tape til i got a replacement cover and never had that problem since. so check to make sure your fuse area isn't wet, dirty. Hope someone has a real answer for ya.

 

All try cleaning and see how it out. Thanks!

 

it's most likely a bad directional switch, Left arm at a 90 degree is the correct option

It's a year 2000

 

I have the same problem in my '99. I can't tell you how to fix it, but I can tell you how I 'deal' with mine:

Try pushing the left turn signal down only partially, before it fully locks.

It works for me and I hope it works for you too.

you might have the combination flsher unit on it try replaceing it
