Have No Clue , oil pressure lowwwww
i got a 93 jeep cherokee sporrt , 4.0, and only thing after replacing bunch of parts is that my oil pressure is pretty low ive read into it and people say dont worry but i do of course , at first im usually between 40 to 50 psi on gauge at start up but as it warms up going down highway its at round 20 to 25 someetimes maybe little higher but rare and at idle drops to round low as 10 at times, what am i suppose to do to get this checked ??? i do hear at idle sounds like a lifter or something under valve cover but over all jeep runs good just oil pressure and i also have a grinding noise that happens when i start to accelerate from passenger side u joints were replaced and noise still happens at times

The best thing to do is check it with a mechanical oil pressure gauge. your pressures sound pretty normal to me, mine did the same thing until I changed the oil and switched to 15w40 diesel oil, it now holds 20 psi at Idle.

Sounds pretty normal though 10lbs at idle does sound a bit low.
Also do a bit of research on the importance of oil filter brands as they can effect oil pressure as well. and again a mech gauge check is a grand idea to make sure that your gauge and sending unit are functioning properly.
`Good luck

Spec, warm at idle is 13psi. If the gauge is reading 10, it will probably be just fine. If it were mine, I'd run it. If you're concerned hook a mechanical gauge up to it and verify the pressure.
If it's low and an oil change doesn't help, it probably needs a rebuild.
