Alright Ive had enough of this damn hatch falling on me. When I replace these, all I do is pull them off at put the new ones on right? No screws or stuff? Just pull and replace?

If I remember right there is a retaining ring that you pull out then they just pop off. If i also remember right Ford explorer hatch shocks fit they just don't lift quite as far but they live longer

Yes there are little "C" clips in there (or should be)
Make sure to take those off first.

They cost about 10$ on amazon that's where I got mine and I like em.

I guess i got them on sale but heres the link 16.61 a piece. (assuming you have a 96-older cherokee)
