Has Anyone Done This?
I saw this mod and was wondering if anyone else has done this? Does anyone know were I could get other pictures, maybe with a stock bumper?

I trimmed the lower edge of my fenders and flares to ease the rubbing issues. Everything looked good until I stuffed the 33s all the way in the fender well and still had a rub. Looks like I need to add bumpstops.

Go-Jeep's site is always amazing to read. Marcus (Go-Jeep's name) can make many things look so easy but they are often a struggle for us mere mortals.

When I get a picture I just finished modding my factory bumper for some tow hooks and angled on the ends to sorta go with my fenders being cut like this.

I did mine with a saws all. Just take the bumper off and draw a line where you need to cut and make sure the saw is level.

I trimmed mine this way too.
But I just hacksawed it. I took my time and got a nice straight line. I chose not to do the bend part. (Less refinishing if the paint flakes)
I used some door edge guard to dress up the edge.
For those who are curious: those are Rubicon rear flares.
The bottoms will line-up rather nicely once it redo the rockers.
SIDE NOTE: Anyone notice something "out of place" with Go-Jeeps XJ??
I did, and I know why.

The vacuum ball on the driver's side? The marker light on the fender? I thought he was from Australia.
