Hard Start, Stumbling, Wont Rev over 3800

Hey guys, I have a 1992 Cherokee with a 4.0 and a manual trans. The problem started about a week ago when I was driving to work. It was running fine until I heard a noise and noticed it had lost oil pressure. I quickly shut it off and coasted to the side of the road. I found that the two teeth on the oil pump that are directly driven by the distributer had broken. I checked the oil for metal and found nothing and I also checked the main bearings for damage, everything checked out fine so I went ahead and replaced the pump and replaced the distributer because I believe the old distributer had worn out bearings which damaged the pump.
After doing all of this, the car has not run right and I have checked everything I can think of. Now the car is very difficult to get to start, it takes many times of cranking to get it to light off. It also runs very poorly, it stumbles and has very little power and it will not rev over 3800rpm. I replaced the distributer again in case it was bad out of the box. I installed new plug wires, checked the tps, cleaned the iac, replaced the cps, verified fuel pressure(it checked out fine), did a compression test(every cylinder showed over 120). Im at a loss, everything seems fine to me. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Cameron
