Default HArd shifting and jumpy rpm

For the last few months my jeep has been rooughly shifting into 2 and then the rpm would jump up and down and i would have to floor it to get it to upshift then it would make a clunk and start to drive normally problem usually stops after 35mph but when slowing down it does start again. I have cleaned my entire throttle body replace my tps and adjusted my kickdwon cable.

Also it says it sends high voltage to both upstream and downstream O2 sensors.
I would reset the computer and after it messes up shifting again it would come back on.

thanks for any help.

TCU probably.. You could have a short or bad ground resulting in o2 issue. Have you replaced them?

So the fuse popped due to a short circuit?

Just a thought.. If not properly adjusted, the brake switch can cause the tranny to jump in and out of lockup causing rpms to appear eratic. Probably not very likely,(mine did it) but my first thoughts would've been the TV cable and/or the TPS, but you've already checked them :/
