I have an awesome low mileage 95 XJ sport and I have a problem and need some help. The lights are dim and I have a ground short somewhere random. My cabin fan doesn't work so my A/C doesn't blow but the compresser works and it creates cold air but fan just doesn't turn on and send the air to the cabin. I'm hoping that thats its shorted out and thats my problem so can anyone help me? Also my stereo is randomly will turn off and on.

Check your instrument ground. On the kick panel up by the fuse box.
Then check your fan resistor,passenger side. Then your fan switch. Then fan.
Do a search on fan issues. Great write ups here.
