Grinding NOISE HELP!?

Grinding NOISE HELP!?
When i let off the gas i get this nasty grinding sound?! its coming from the right side, i replaced the wheel hub already but it seems like another issue to me. everytime i have someone drive it to help me out it doesnt do it but figures when i take a video by myself it goes crazy. heres a video link of the sound....(at 38 seconds its the worst) please helpp!
