grinding noise on drive shaft

When I decelerate I hear and feel a pretty loud grinding noise coming from my rear and maybe front drive shaft. 96 sp 4x4 any ideas?

Check all your u joints(d shafts and that knuckle on the front driveshaft on the transfer case side, front axle joints) first to eliminate the obvious answers

gotta narrow it down more than that ...i have a squeek its comeing from between my front and rear bumper ,,,lol,,,
