Out of those choices I would go with RC, the Skyjacker kit doesn't include shocks and I've heard the coil springs are super stiff.

I would go with the RC out of those. I like Rubicon

wouldnt touch a Rough Country product. They ride rough, bushings wear out and are just a plain cheap product

Well im on a budjet, I have a little under 300 bucks right now, but i get paid in another week. Im just trying to get a good lift for a decent price. Ive looked at the ones you have suggested and from what i seen they were a little out of the price range, but i may not of looked hard enough

make your own. if you do research you can piece one together pretty cheap. used parts arent always bad parts either.

FYI cheap shocks are normalyl ****ty shocks

Rough country is just fine.

88 Chief 07-18-2010 04:25 PM

What shocks should i get if i went with the rough country kit?

posjeepxj 07-18-2010 04:27 PM

Lifts that are cheap are cheap for a reason. I'd say if your gonna stick to frugal. Stick with Rusty's. They aren't all that expensive. Put together another 200 and your there. They include the shocks and you can't beat the service. Talk to Zack.

Or if you want to be wicked frugal. They do a add a leaf. Not my first choice, but it'll do.

Whats bad about doing the add a leaf?

posjeepxj 07-18-2010 04:42 PM
