Rough Country 4.5" w/ full packs is $799.95 and you can run a 32" tire with stock flares and no cutting. Best bet for sure.

If you want a good ride and springs that will last, Rubicon express, Rock Krawler, Iron Rock then Rusty's in that order. I have installed and later uninstalled Rough Country because of quality. If you don't mind a harsh ride, replacing bushings, junk for shocks and sagging springs go for the Rough Country kit. You get what you pay for.

RC kits have gotten a lot better in the past couple years. I plan on running them on my new XJ.

I just removed one of their new long arm kits a few months back because the trans crossmember/control arm mount caved in when my buddy high centered. Didn't slam down on it, just got hung up. Bushings squeaked something fierce and the rear springs dropped over and inch below what they were supposed to be in less than 6 months.
I prefer a company that specializes in Jeep parts not just makes some Jeep parts along with every other vehicle brand know to man. I want one that does one thing great not several decent.

RC and Rustys are low end kits.

Rubicon Express and BDS are the best out right now.

x3 I have a Rubicon Express kit and it is amazing for what it does. Helped to install the 8.5" BDS long arm kit onto a friends XJ and was floored at how heavily built up everything for their kit was. If I was going to choose from anything other then an RE kit it would be BDS. Hands down.

I find this interesting seeing how 3 of the 4 companies you mention buy a good majority of their components from us. in fact one of them is pretty much 85% rough country just private labeled. Please I am not on here for a pissing match but do not say our springs ride rough then turn around and mention companies that ride better when said companies get their springs and shocks from us

Thank you

Long arms are a whole other ball game. I like their short arm kits but for long arms I only go with Staangs fab, its bomb proof and worlds better than anything else i've seen on the market.

I think RC products are great, the only thing i wouldnt buy is their LA and thats because of my preference to buy from Staangs.
