Good ideas

I'm 16 and I have a 1995 cherokee four door, all stock. My parents won't let me do any lifts pr tires. What are some cheap ways to make my jeep look great until I can lift it

You just suggested that a kid that hasn't been driving for more than one year to remove his sway bars and spray paint the tail lights...

Some suggestions I can give are a good, thorough detailing...inside and out...wash and wax, break out the brushes on the small and hard to reach areas, clean everything you can. Clean enough to make a drill sergeant proud. You will get your ride looking good and getting up close to areas inside and out, you never know what you might find as far as problems go and more and more projects will come flooding in. Also, start doing necessary maintenance. Oil changes, coolant flushes and so on. Once the 'rents see you are taking care of your car and being responsible, that lift and so on may come a bit faster.... Oh, and welcome to the forum....

Not blacked out by any measure just lightly smoked like a single coat or two and didn't take the lack of skill into consideration so let me rephrase that learn to drive get used to the jeep and how it handles curves then when your comfortable with it disconnect your front sway bar if you plan to drive on road with it discoed.

Hell no rust oleum lens tent it's translucent so it lets light escape fairly easy.

cherokee outlaw Dec 4, 2012 03:58 PM

So is satin.

89xjrocker Dec 4, 2012 04:02 PM

I would go with the lens tint just to be safe man

cherokee outlaw Dec 4, 2012 04:03 PM

I'll look around.
