and am wondering how much the mounting hardware would be, and what style bumper i need to put this on. thanks

I would buy it for that price,hardware would not be very much,maybe $10.

IMO I would just stick to this http://cleveland.craigslist.org/pts/1590277298.html and forget about the brush guard one. It will really hinder/kill your approach angle. I had the brush guard over the stock bumper. It was on when I bought the jeep. Who ever installed it just to some flat strap and welded it to the frame then to the guard.
$240 isn't a bad price for that bumper.

X2 a brush gaurd is only as tough as the bumper that holds it on.
