Gimme some advice.
 

Ive got a 86 cherokee 2.5 5spd. I think np207, no bueno. I believe it has D30/D35 which is undesirable, but should have 4.10's right? I know I have a lot of "not cool" parts but the truck was cheap and I plan to keep it cheap. I thought about an axle swap with some newer xj axles but none of them have 4.10's right? The np207 is the same case as the 231 just not as low of gears right? I know the D35 is a turd but even with a locker it should hold up to 31's right? Thinking about a posi lock and aussie up front. Even with a poo motor, crap tcase, turd axles, it might be ok with cheap lockers, tires, and 4.10's. Maybe a junkyard lift with tbird coils
I know I am asking all kinds of bogus questions here. I have done lots of searching just looking for a few more suggestions. I know most of them would be to junk the jeep and go buy one with the 4.0 and 8.25 but like I said this one was dirt cheap, kinda beat up but NO rust, and ALL the other jeep's around me are rust buckets.

Would an '86 D35 be a c-clip axle?
I'm a noob, exactly what does this mean?
