Unhappy Gear oil & Wiper washer problems

1.Gettin ready to change gear oil & I was wondering if there's anything I can spray or do to clean out differentials. Seafoam?2. My windshield washer pump went up yesterday I think haven't really looked yet little cold tonite. But it stopped spraying & I don't hear the pump engaging anymore. This time of the year that really sucks is it a difficult fix I noticed a lot of the hosing is hidden & I don't really know what the pump looks like or were it is.

Brake cleaner is great for flushing out your axle housing. As for the windshield washer pump, it will not make any noise if there is fluid frozen in the pump assy. Put a work light or some other MILD heat source in there, and see if it clears up. If it doesn't then check for power at the pump. If there is power, then your pump motor is shot. They are not too difficult to R/R.

Fill out your rig details, or at least post them, because depending on which year XJ you have they can be in different places.

Your washer assy is inside your DS fender, above the front tire. You will have to pull the inner fender out to really get to it.
