Gauge Cluster Problem

Gauge Cluster Problem
Just bought a 93 cherokee yesterday. this morning i put a new set of plugs in it, hopped in and started it and my gas gauge went way past the full mark and the gas light came on and my tach and speedometer quit working. i went back through to see if i bumped any wires and couldnt seem to figure anything out. any ideas on what it could be?
