gas tank removal, how to?

I made mine out of an eye bolt as well, but I'm not sure if the thread is long enough for the tank. Sometimes when I pull out of my driveway I think I can hear the tank shifting side to side but IDK. What size bolts did you use?

Someone please explain this to me!! The guy isn't eliminating the gas tank, just fixing or replacing it. Why is this a taboo subject, if the tank you have is bad, you need to replace or fix it, simple, this statement make no sense to me!
