Default Gas leaking - rear driver side

I've noticed the Jeep is leaking gas from somewhere under the fill area, behind the wheel. Can only see it when it's raining and the fuel film is visible on water. There is no smell, but there is definitely a leak.

Is there an area on the driver side of the tank that is prone to leakage when the tank is full or half full?

Thanks.

Check it out when you fill it up. I had my fuel filler neck leaking at one time.

There's a splash shield that goes over the fuel filler hose and vent tube that is held on with four screws. Drop that shield and look/sniff around for fuel leaks.
